In designing the place, the owners used four as the magic number-no matter its size,each room has an area of sleeping, eating, relaxing and working. Orginally intended to be aprtments, most of the large accomodations have two rooms. There are 37 apartments which conform to the international standards among which 17 one room apts., 17 two room apt. with connected rooms and three special suite. Each apartment is equipped with new modern furniture, TV set (40 programes) , telephone, WC, shower-kabin, hair-dryer, electric cattle, refrigerator and the other facilities due to which you will enjoy your stay in AVITAR. Due to the favourable location of the hotel you can reach sauna house, swimming pool, night club, casino or any entertainment and business centres within 5-15 minutes. It is only 20 minutes drive from the hotel to the city Jurmala on the coast of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches and health resorts; 5-6 minutes drive to the Sea Terminal and the Central Railway Station and 15 minutes drive to the airport.
