The top class hotel
“Palanga” in Birutes Alley in the founded by earls Tiskevicius park,
just fifty meters away from the sea, will bring you these experiences
and feelings. The unusual ship like, five-story hotel (the
best architectural work of Lithuania in 2003; architect D.Rakauskas)
is hidden among the trees of a forest, filled with a fragrance of pine.
From the windows of the top floors of the hotel besides the view of
stately pines you will also be captivated by the sea panorama with
luring waves of the Baltic Sea, breaking on the shore.
Windows, prevailing in the fasade, are only a transparent screen,
separating the guests of the hotel from the nearness of lightsome
nature. It creates the unique aura of “Palanga”, altering every season
and enabling comfortable rest all the year round.
The conference and session hall, seating 80
people, is provided with all the latest equipment, such as DVD, TV and
video equipment, document and slide projectors, multimedia and
microphones. Comfortable French furniture, a perfect ventilation system
and an easily dismantled glass partition, opening out into a
considerably enlarged hall space, give an opportunity to arrange here
not only conferences, seminars and lectures, but also various
presentations, meetings and parties.
The restaurant is distinguished by
excellent European cuisine and a variety of dishes with sea food. The
buffet type breakfast will pleasantly surprise you with its abundance of
dishes. It is the only restaurant in Lithuania with flambé tables. At
the client’s request, the cook will take everything he needs to cook the
ordered dish up to the client’s table and will cook the dish in the
guest’s presence. The kitchen of the restaurant “Palanga” is one of the
best equipped kitchens in Lithuania. They use the widely recognized
equipment by the ”Ambach” company and an oven by the producer from Italy
“Lainox” with a special defrost and baking function.
